This allows generating per node secureboot installer and ISO url.
You can have per node `machineSpec` like so:
```yaml
---
nodes:
- machineSpec:
secureboot: true
```
And the generated installer url will be something like:
`factory.talos.dev/installer-secureboot/<hash>:v1.6.0`
